Gathr is an LA-based company looking to connect talented people with their audience for helding onsite or virtual events in multiple disciplines.
The Challenge
Gathr was looking to develop a custom solution, Gathr Talent, that supports its unique business model where people can feature their talent and audiences can find events based on their interest, facilitating that “match” and giving both parties the tools to connect and live the experience.
The Solution
We set up an engineering team collaborating with Gathr’s own team in the development of the technical solution including both Back-End and Front-End components.
Following an Agile methodology, the distributed team was able to effectively interact, communicate and work together.

- Seamless collaboration of a distributed engineering team in different time zones.
- Definition of an Agile process facilitating the interaction of the team members for a constant delivery.
