About the Client
Lattice is a cross-blockchain decentralized exchange platform that will enable users to buy, trade, lend and borrow assets with an approach different to the rest of the DeFi ecosystem. All the actions made on the platform are OTC (over-the-counter); this means that instead of operating with an order book, the users are customizing the conditions and making agreements with another users that they know.
The Challenge
Find resources to set up a team not only with a very high level of seniority in the technologies used to develop the platform, but also with big knowledge of the financial market, the DeFi ecosystem and up to date with the trends of the market.
The Solution
Digital Beings put in work its recruiting process to present candidates with the necessary technical background and soft skills for backend, frontend and blockchain positions and find the perfect fit for those positions. In this case also included a Project Manager role to identify necessities and propose solutions before they turn into issues or bottlnecks.
