About the Client
SuperRare is a marketplace to collect and trade unique, single-edition digital artworks. Each artwork is authentically created by an artist in the network, and tokenized as a crypto-collectible digital item that you can own and trade. These crypto-collectibles are non-fungible tokens (ERC-721 NFTs) built on Ethereum.
The Challenge
Set up a team with the necessary techinal and soft skills to fit in another team previously built and quickly ramp the know how up to develop new and robust features to maintain the platform in a top position in one of the most competitives environments of the crypto world. One of the main challenges is not only select members with the technical aspects covered but also understand the culture of the client to recruit prople that fits it.
